職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)飾與門線的工藝質(zhì)量管理;
Responsible for process and quality management in trim and door line.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)體系文件的制定及體系的建立;
Responsible for creating the document for the system and establishing the system.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)審核管理；
Responsible for audit management
4. 負(fù)責(zé)變更及試裝的管理
Responsible for the management of change and try out.
任職資格:
1. 大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械，汽車，自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism, automobile, automatization or material science or relative fields.
2. 3年及以上的汽車制造廠生產(chǎn)部門或者質(zhì)量管理部門的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉汽車制造的整體工藝流程；
With 3 years of experiences in automotive production department or quality department; familiar with overall processes on automotive manufacturing;
3. 大學(xué)英語6級(jí)或以上，普通話及英語交流熟練，且具備英文筆譯能力；具備德語基礎(chǔ)者優(yōu)先；CET6 or above, good oral and writing communication capabilities in both English and Chinese; basic German is an advantage
4. 工作獨(dú)立性強(qiáng)，可以承受一定時(shí)期內(nèi)較大工作壓力，工作主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，可以靈活加班，具備一定的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力—可處理好復(fù)雜任務(wù)。Highly independent, able to work under high pressure; high motivation and can work overtime; and handle with complex assignments with good organization and communication capabilities.
