職位描述
崗位職責:
1.Production Planning systeem requirement management生產規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)需求管理"
1.1 To investigate mid-term and long-term system requirement of BU, to define scope of production planning services （including possible emergency mode）. 了解業(yè)務部門中長期系統(tǒng)需求，界定生產規(guī)劃服務總體范圍(包括可能的應急模式);"
1.2 To support field BRM analysis IT development requirement from BU支持領域BRM分析業(yè)務部門IT開發(fā)項目需求"
1.3 To conduct requirement analysis, to confirm with BU IT project scope, project timetable, quality standard and cost.進行需求分析，與業(yè)務部門明確IT項目范圍、項目時間、項目質量及項目成本."
2. IT procurement and supplier management IT采購及供應商管理"
2.1 To make annual IT procurement plan and budget according to annual IT project need, and to report to IT manager for approval.
依據(jù)業(yè)務部門年度IT項目需求，制定年度IT采購計劃及采購預算，并上報IT管理層審批；"
2.2 To cooperate with procurement department in procurement of consultancy services, operation services, application development services and alteration services, including cost application, supplier selection, technological contract and others compilation
根據(jù)IT管理層批準的IT項目計劃，協(xié)同采購管理部門開展咨詢服務、運維服務、應用開發(fā)服務以及需求變更服務的各項采購工作，包含費用申請、備選供應商選擇、技術協(xié)議等材料的撰寫、相關手續(xù)的辦理以及參加采購會議輔助項目的順利審批"
2.3 To collect supplier appraisal from BU.收集部門對供應商的后評價"
2.4 To conduct Third-Party management and evaluation on IT development and consultancy supplier, including daily job content confirmation, Key-Customer communication efficiency supervision and final result delivery.負責對IT應用開發(fā)及咨詢服務的供應商進行第三方管理和考核，包含日常工作內容的確認、與關鍵用戶溝通的效率以及最終交付物的提交等"
2.5 To review regularly complete status of procurement plan, to make sure procurement implemented as planned. To deal with emergent procurement alteration to meet compliance request.定期回顧采購計劃的完成情況，確保按照原定計劃執(zhí)行，處理緊急變更確保采購合規(guī)
3. IT project management IT項目管理"
3.1 To be fully responsible for the project approved by IT management meeting，including project-establishment and project-planning etc.根據(jù)由IT管理層批準的IT項目的范圍、時間、質量及成本的綜合因素考慮，進行項目的立項及項目總體規(guī)劃與階段性計劃安排"
3.2 To implement in-process milestone, cost and quality control according to project plan依據(jù)項目規(guī)劃，關注實施過程中的重要時間節(jié)點、控制成本費用、處理項目問題，完成項目的質量監(jiān)控"
3.3 To perform system requirements analysis, supplier selection, supplier communication, blue print confirmation, system implementation， testing and rollout till system go life and future support.負責協(xié)調用戶和供應商進行詳細的需求分析、方案確認、測試，系統(tǒng)實施到最后系統(tǒng)上線，及上線后的階段性技術支持。"
3.4 To record the project issue list, to tracking and coordinate based on the project issue list. ensure the project go smoothly
記錄問題清單。追蹤，協(xié)調項目問題的狀態(tài), 確保項目平穩(wěn)完成。
任職資格:
1. 本科及以上學歷，計算機相關類專業(yè)Bachelor and above graduated from universities, Computer related major.
2. 2+ years’ experience of IT industry,2年以上IT行業(yè)經驗;Prefer to experience of IT on manufacture industry.有制造業(yè)IT經驗優(yōu)先.
3. 精通IT流程知識，并對IT行業(yè)及趨勢和方向有很好了解,了解汽車行業(yè).Proficient in IT process. know well IT industry trends / future view, Have good knowledge of auto industry
4. 計算機使用熟練、具備英文讀寫說的能力,Proficient in computer operation. Capability of good English.
5. 具備良好的團隊協(xié)作精神和溝通表達能力。Good team spirit and communication skill.
6. 具備很強的設計能力, 高壓力環(huán)境下高效地優(yōu)先排序并執(zhí)行任務的能力Strong capability of designing, Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
